MINISTRIES

Fellowship
Meals

After our worship service once a month, we gather to enjoy table fellowship and celebrate and pray for those with recent and upcoming birthdays. As we welcome both friend and stranger to eat, we extend the welcome we receive at Christ’s table. All are welcome!

Men's
Ministry

New City men meet for morning prayer and book discussion. We also have casual men's gatherings each fall and spring to catch up on each other's lives and encourage each other.

Women's Ministry

The women of New City gather for breakfast on the first Saturday of each month. It is a chance to connect, enjoy a meal, learn from the bible and pray for one another. Check out the calendar to see when we meet next.

We also have a mid-week women's bible study group that typically runs during the school year (with childcare available).

New City Kids

We assist parents in discipleship of covenant children through Sunday School, Children's Worship, and various events throughout the year. We emphasize a relational rather than programmatic approach.

Community
Groups

Home groups meet weekly to spend time together, read and discuss the Bible, and pray for each other. There are several groups throughout each week. Interested in joining a home group? Email Casey for specific meeting times, locations, and leader contact information.

Abstract Architecture

Our youth meet for Sunday School and one-on-one with mentors to walk with them through faith and the challenges life brings. Similar to our kids ministry, we emphasize a relational rather than programmatic approach.

bible clubs

We hold a weekly Bible Club for kids living in the Monroe Circle Housing Authority down the road. We build positive relationships through games and activities throughout the year, sharing the love and good news of Christ. We feel strongly about our identity as a local, neighborhood church, and Bible Club allows us to be present in our downtown neighborhood, building relationships and welcoming neighbors into our church family.
